Attractive to Men – But Are They Looking?
Do you notice whether men are looking or not? I think most of us would be being economical with the truth if we were to say that we didn’t notice whether they were looking or not. We all like to be seen and admired. We all dine out on a favorable comment – although most men don’t give out compliments too often – if only they knew the difference it makes to us!
What we all realize pretty soon is that most men like a bubbly personality. They like a girl who is interesting and fun, but it’s not the first thing they notice. Men are all hung up on appearances. It’s not their fault, it’s just the way they are wired. This actually puts us girls under a whole lot of pressure, but it’s the way things are, and we are not going to change things no matter how hard we try.
Our appearance should matter, not just because of whether we are attractive to men or not, but because it is a sure sign that we are taking care of ourselves. We only have one body in this life. We can’t trade it in for a more up-to-date model, so what it really means is that we have to work at keeping ourselves in trim.
Lets’s look at the world of Celebrity. They all (or most!) take a lot of care about their appearance. They really work at it. Okay, the way they look is very much their ‘meal ticket’, but it is probably the one good example they give to us.
One of the major problems we have is that we sometimes take our eye off the ball and let ourselves go a bit. The result is that we have to haul ourselves back again. It’s not much fun. The best thing to do is to really concentrate on what you eat. Put good food in and you’ll be rewarded by top performance and great looks. Have you ever considered slanting what you eat more towards a vegetarian diet? I think you might find it helps. It will do a lot for that complexion or yours too!
