The body type A, or “endomorph” has the slowest metabolism out of all the bodies. Also, reducing the amount of meals per day or the amount of calories in an A body type will trigger their metabolisms to go into “survival mode”. This means that the metabolism thinks the body is lacking enough nutrients and will store food energy for later use in the form of fat.
